First Bam-Bam Practice for Mason

So tonight was Mason's first ever Bam-Bam practice. He will be on the Ray's. He looked so darn cute in his little ball cap if I do say so myself! He was very excited to play "baseball" like big brother Hayden this year.
We definitely have some work on our hands though. Mason's whole logic consisted of finding and getting the ball. After batting he would run to first. About halfway to first base he would bee-line over to third base to field his own ball. It was pretty funny. Of course, he wasn't the only kid that was always after the ball. It was like an outfield free for all. Towards the end of practice they were starting to get the hang of things a little more. But, I'm sure by next week they will probably have forgotten everything! : )

Daddy tried to give some coaching advice to little Mason. Ok Dad...I know you're saying something important...but I gotta go get that ball!! What the heck do you mean, run to second?? There's a loose ball on the field!
After practice the coach let the kids take turns spray painting the tee.
